-Customer host team is fantastic and great to get on with -Job itself is fantastic and a lot of fun to do -Overtime opportunities
Cons
-The owners are awful at communicating with staff, don't address staff concerns or even care about issues raised -Some days can be incredibly long -Often takes up to a month to approve holiday requests -Poor scheduling of staff and rotas -Rooms malfunction a lot and untrained staff are expected to know how to fix
