Pros

Good team and quite fun job

Cons

Unpredictable hours and no weekends off, no breaks and place to eat a proper meal, uncomfortable place to seat while watching the games and looking to the screens all day with such a miserable service image quality really hurts the eyes.

Pros

- Fun Environment - Great staff - Easy job

Cons

I can start by the lack of professionals managing the business. Rotas were made without notice, payments didn’t have a date, sometimes you can be paid on the 1st, others on the 6th and 10th, sometimes on the 14th, it was clear that not having money because of expansion was the issue (note that The owners of this Franchise have branches in Stoke, Leicester, Shadwell (east london) and Shepherds Bush (west london). They make you travel between east london and west london branches and don’t pay the transportation that didn’t happened with the other two branches No breaks whatsoever Long hour shifts of 14 hours, this happens again because saving money is more important than having productive staff People that close (usually at 11:00pm/12:00am need to open next day at 9:30am with no 12 hours rest between shifts Meetings weren’t productive at all and they promise that changes can be made but nothing happens afterwards Uncomfortable benches that hurt your back, specially in those 12/14 hours shifts no health and safety procedures in work environment.
