Not a company for creative thinkers - Marketing Assistant Escape Technology Employee Review

Escape asks everyone their opinion: customers, employees, experts, newbies. They really care what you think about their product. I have never worked for a company (and I have worked for quite a few software companies) that was so customer-oriented, bending over backward to get the customer what they want.

All that input requires a lot of meetings. Sometimes, it seems a bit much, but you get what you pay for.

Employees have longevity and overall are happy. Challenging at times, but very rewarding. Long time customers with a good working relationship. Flexible working schedule.

Can be stressful at times. Additional hands on training and collaboration would be helpful.
