Escape Fitness and the managers care only about lining their own pockets, the rate of staff turnover is so high that the majority of recruiters in the area won't find new employees for them. The owners are more concerned with getting there fleet of expensive Bentleys and Mercedes cleaned every month than they are with the happiness and wellbeing of their staff. Due to the business being family run, all positions of power are held by members of the family who to be frank, have no idea how to run a business. The family regularly argue in meetings infront of staff members making things extremely awkward for everyone involved. There is no room for progression at all, any attempt to try to improve yourself or request a pay rise is quickly shot down.
