Organization wide: - Poor management style. - Too much negativity being propagated by senior members. - Attrition is ridiculously high. Poor people management. - There is no periodic review which directly implies that one has no clue about their own performance and no visibility in pay increments/bonus & career growth. Project Management: - Information sharing is so poor, that it directly affects staff performance in the projects. - Poor leadership and very poor directions given during project implementation.
