Pros

Some really nice and friendly people with good intent.

Cons

There is a noticeable gap between the values the company talks about and the way leadership actually behaves. On the surface, the organisation presents well, but internally it often feels like people are focused on the wrong things and there is a lack of clarity about where the company is heading or how it plans to get there. The culture has changed quickly, and not for the better. This is reflected in the number of people leaving, across different levels of experience, from long-serving employees through to newer staff and graduates. Alarmingly, this is reflected in the diving results. It is not an environment where I felt comfortable raising issues, sharing honest opinions or providing feedback. There is a sense that if you challenge the direction or call out concerns, you can quickly be labelled as difficult rather than listened to constructively.

Pros

Consultant co-workers are amazing, flexible working arrangements

Cons

New management pays lip service to concerns. If you raise a problem they just try to PR reframe it and ignore/sweep the issue under the rug and don't address it. There is definately an internal click of certain un-billed staff who run the show and only look out for vanity metrics. Many consultants bill constantly and feel unseen and unrewarded. There is a strong glass ceiling here which is why most people leave within 3-5 years.
