Being a Top Performer & having a hard copy of incentive structure approved by the Concerned reporting head, still was denied incentives for which I had to literally beg for as I worked really hard to earn it still was not processed. Not confirmed even after being the top performer in my department. No Empathy for employees. Racism & Biased confirmations, promotions, Increaments etc.
