Pros? Really you are asking me that? I would never recommend anyone to be a part of such a company. You will not get your wages on time. People suffer even for expenses they pay from there pocket for company's work, and they expect results from you. Lol. Change your mindset and the vision you have.

Cons: there are N numbers of cons. 1: No wages on time. People have to wait for 2-3 months for salaries. 2: if you do any thing or take leaves without initimating the company they will not release your salary. 3: working culture is worst. 4: they think that people are not here to work they will monitor you every second by an idiot gps software. 5: No proper management. No man power for increasing the results provided.
