This environment might suit someone looking for their very first job and willing to accept all the classic agency downsides (unreasonable hours, poor communication, lack of structure), but for anyone experienced, it’s an unhealthy and frustrating workplace.
Cons
Management is severely underqualified and dismissive when concerns about workload and working hours are raised. The so-called “multicultural culture” they promote during interviews is far from reality.
They prefer to rely on junior freelancers they can drop at any time, and often prolong probation periods without legitimate reason. In classic French terms, this amounts to “salarié déguisé.”
