Pros

Collaborative and welcoming work environment. Efforts are made to address and improve staff wellness. Plenty of work so plenty of experience to gain. Management took Covid-19 precautions seriously; Staff came into the office only when necessary.

Cons

Attorneys should receive better pay. Large caseloads can be overwhelming and stressful.

Pros

- The attorneys, paralegals, and admin staff.

Cons

- Terrible pay - Lack of diversity with grants and funding. Most of the federal funding the org received was cut my Trump 2.0. - The directors for each team are not organized. Lack backbone and transparency in a political climate that requires both.
