Pros
Training department is great and has shown me way towards entering my career goal, learning is good. Open communication with peers irrespective of hierarchy. Great infrastructure.
Cons
Salary is very less. You are residing at remote with a less amount of salary package yet WFO is mandatory for you. Inequality of employees, some are given WFH while some are being called to WFO without any proper reason. Serving for more than a year yet no hike in salary.
