Pros
Get paid every two weeks. Young colleagues make it easier to socialise with. Better starting pay than "At Your Service".
Cons
Exploitive - those who contribute the most don't get recognised and are denied simple luxuries such as coffee. Managers will yell at you for no reason other than that they're in a bad mood or the event is running late, making the working environment horrible. You have to pursue your own working hours as they only book you onto a few shifts every now and again. Constant texting/emailing for availability for shifts when they barely sign you onto shifts. Pay for your own travel and uniform.
