Meaning you cannot leave the company for a total of 2 years and 3 months. The managers will praise you and make you feel happy but they will never give you a raise. If they do, they will make sure its less than 5% of your base salary and asks you to not talk about your raise among your peers. The HR expects women to dress appropriately but fails to respect them. There are much more cons like working alternate saturdays, less leaves and oh did I mention the pay? The bosses might be sitting in their luxuries apartments because they ate all their employee's money. 0/10 would recommend going here.
