A great company and office culture Definitely above market pay and probably one of the better amongst GroupM cohort Got to work with very smart and fun colleagues Company is strong on about process
Cons
Not enough diversity in client mix and larger clients don't tend to want to innovate all that often Regional structure meant that critical functions like Finance and HR were outsourced beyond AU and often created frustrations for both work and admin processes
