      Everyone is so accepting and supportive. They create a family atmosphere so it's easy to be comfortable and get to know everyone within the restaurant.

      Cons

      From a server perspective, there are times when the pay isn't as good as many may want, but it really varies on the day.

      Coworkers and Managers are excellent to work with. If you strive to succeed everyone around you wants to see you succeed.

      If you can't take constructive criticism or you want an easy job with low effort needed this company isn't for you.

      Community, everyone is willing to help everyone else. Very little drama for a restaurant

      Becoming more corporate every year, customer focused, sometimes loses sight of employee satisfaction. Nearly impossible to get benefits as a server
