Goals & Metrics Adherence is ridiculous. Essendant choose quantity over quality. Your breaks and lunch time, are constantly changing, without any notification. If your call or email request goes a second over thier 7 minute adherence time, it will be viewed as a negative adherence(did not meet goal), regardless if you process the customers request 100% correctly. Your adherence time is also affected negativity by your breaks and lunch time, if you do go exactly at your assigned time(they dont care if you are assisting a customer). Your adherence time will go down.
