Had the worst experience in this company. No work life balance. Extremely low pay scale. Too much politics. Location of the office is almost at the outskirts of the city .The employees of this company are as clueless as a brick. The so called 'seniors' are just a bunch of experience-less snobs who have only worked in this company since the beginning of their career have no knowledge and only know how to be rude to juniors or interns, just a bunch of bullies. I feel really bad about how they treated freshers. Apart from it, no one has practical knowledge about anything except very few people, especially in the interior design department. The team lead has no managerial qualities and only favours those who butters her up, and is very insecure and incompetent on her own. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place healthy for learning, working or even existing. Even if your doing good work you won't be credited or even appreciated.
