High expectations, but management is held to the same standards & is conducive to success

I had the pleasure of working at Essential Impact Marketing, starting as a Client Representative and later being promoted to Corporate Trainer. My time with the company was an incredibly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. As a Client Representative, I was able to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while working with clients to ensure their needs were met. This role helped me grow in a fast-paced environment and taught me the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The most transformative part of my journey, however, was my promotion to Corporate Trainer. This role allowed me to share my knowledge, mentor new team members, and further hone my leadership skills. I had the opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to employee development, which was extremely fulfilling. Throughout my time at Essential Impact Marketing, I appreciated the supportive work culture, opportunities for growth, and the company's commitment to professional development. I learned a great deal that has shaped my career and made me a more confident, capable professional.
