Too many internal changes and damage control due to poor execution of business plan. Fired several to keep the doors open. Demoralized sales team. Production crew made up of unqualified street people. The few remaining long term employees who have not quit use deceptive tactics to maintain their favored standing.
Great marketing and great products. A good place to learn about CPG and the snack industry. Yummy nutritional snacks were always available in the kitchen.
