      I absolutely love working here. The sense of community is strong, and I feel valued by every member of the team (both on site and corporate). Lots of networking opportunities as well as company gatherings that don't feel like a chore.

      Cons

      Limited training available, sometimes communication can be lacking but not an overall dealbreaker.

      Pros

      Love the culture, access to key players, everything feels like a team approach. Work is hard, but consistent with property management. Love feeling appreciated!

      Cons

      Smaller teams on sites is tough. Never a break for on call maintenance!
