Too many to count....
1. The training provided is absolutely horrible. You learn the minimum in terms of how to be a scribe. That means you will never learn as much as you could have working for other scribe companies. That also means you are really exploring on your own.
2. The management is horrible. And not just 1 person in the management team. The entire management team is horrible. They have 1 word in their mind: Business.
3. They will hinder your chance of getting into a higher medical related education if the management team does not feel like being the least bit flexible. This company does not know the concept of teamwork. Always been business first then maybe will consider the employees, and unfortunately, the "consider the employees" is a super rare occasion.
4. They have fired many people without good reason and sometimes with a cover up reason. So they do not provide a job security.
5. There are many scribe companies out there that are much better with better management team and better training. So go out there and find a better company to work for.
