      Only Pro is a steady paycheck with close to mindless work

      Cons

      Below average work environment. Poor morale. No professional development. Numerous safety and OSHA violations. Only negative job ratings scale. HR will most likely give poor performance rating to those employees who leave although not supported by documentation.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
