      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great. Flexible hours helped the environment to be tolerable at times. Have kept some of the relationships going.

      Cons

      They down-size departments and expect the remaining employees to pick up the workload. Working 12+ hours a day plus weekend hours is part of business for middle and upper management. Stressilor was the nick-named given to the company by the employees.

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
