Pros
Essilor can give you amazing opportunities to grow and develop which will progress you in your career. Management and team were great and loved working with particular employees.
Cons
In comparison to other places, the software and IT equipment are outdated and the company needs to invest in systems that will accelerate time and make ways of working easier. Salary is not “market” and their reasoning is because it is Essilor. There is no culture in the company. Employees work 9 to 5 and there is no invention for HR to promote.
