Pros
The mission of helping everyone on the planet get eye correction is easy to get behind, although, the mission has become less important over the last several years.
Cons
The integration of the two companies is really bringing out the worst in people as everyone seems fearful for their jobs and ulterior motives of senior leaders are apparent. Cannot trust a single soul anymore. Leaders with no loyalty to Essilor are making personnel decisions based on who they like and using this opportunity to rid themselves of the people they don’t like. So sad to see the company change so drastically and not for the better.
