Pros

Good Salaries and benefits. Excelent training programs.

Cons

Essity acquired GF 3 years ago and it is not what you expected. They work under the Mexican model that is not as humane as they want to make it seem. Every day the workload increases and there is less work-life balance

Pros

-Essity is a great company overseas, just awful in the U.S. -Good co-workers, and that's really it

Cons

-Bad management (worst I've ever worked under) -Bad benefits -Machines are literally falling apart with management not caring a single bit about actually fixing them -No work-life balance -Rotating shifts (days-to-nights/nights-to-days every two weeks) -Culture is awful -No avenue for advancement -The union is a "union" in name-only -Overtime system is terrible -As an operator, you do 80% of the maintenance work despite having actual maintenance that makes $10 an hour more than you
