Pros

You will be kept busy and time will fly by. You will have one fellow co-worker in your 2 person cubicle room, some coffee, a microwave, and a $20 keyboard and mouse set to use. This company was established in 2005 and has had tremendous growth. You'll be part of an incredible company culture using Slack to communicate with your 3-4 other co-workers. Like emails? Get ready to copy/paste 400+ emails within a 3 hour period of time. It'll be you with the help of their outsourced workforce (outside the country). Their website is very informative and was made by their CEO. Read through it all and make your own opinion of the company.

Cons

Here's what sets Essnova apart from other companies as of their 4 key points on the home page. One, Strategic approach: Their approach is to email spam hundreds of government departments and agencies in hopes of getting a work contract to then outsource to their out of the country workforce and 2 -3 employees in bhm. 2, Client first focus: So much so that management disregards their employees with countless grunt work with little pay. There's some quality work. Government departments and agencies please pay attention before hiring this company. 3, Attention to detail: essnova.com . Enough said. 4, Reliability: They will make sure to get the work done no matter what. Doesn't matter what is as long as it's turned in to Mr. government's office before the bell rings. Contracts are a great way to make sure you can turn in low quality work with guaranteed payment.

Pros

Professional work environment, a lot of freedom, and clear expectations. Attorneys expected to operate with minimal supervision. Network-building opportunities, which is a big plus for me. Good opportunity for attorneys who want to focus on federal employment law and compliance work. Healthcare coverage, paid time off, and stability.

Cons

Lots of documentation, procedure, and bureaucracy

Pros

I got to work on different projects. It was an enlightening experience. I also learned how to tolerate tremendous stress.

Cons

• Employee satisfaction is treated like a joke by leadership, with constant pressure placed on staff. • Expectations continuously escalate, creating an endless cycle with no relief or resolution. • Compensation may seem decent at first, but it does not rise with workload or responsibility. • Employees are forced into brutal, exhausting hours with no meaningful reward or recognition. • Appreciation is completely absent, even when work is completed to a high standard. • Onboarding is severely lacking, with employees left to figure everything out on their own. • Rules change frequently, leaving no stable guidance or structure to rely on.
