      Good Environment and great people

      The pay is very low and someone in a lower position than you that started after you could get paid more. How they determine pay doesn’t make sense. The turnover is very high so you are often overworked

      Loved working for this company! The culture is fantastic and its employees are even better. A great place to work.

      Estates has turned into more of a local company to Columbia so travel is not a likely aspect at this time
