*Got to know how a software farm works. *Learned a lot about IT Farm works & Software products. *Got opportunity to deal with so many inbound corporate officials which has made my professional experiences more healthy! *Learned a lot how a field marketing personnel runs & struggles & manages after end! *Learned to face a lot of failure after even trying & giving so much efforts!
Cons
*1st & most importantly; This reputed & established well known company could not show appropriate respect to his hard working employees! *Management often fails to manage when they have to deal with both freshers & experienced employees individually! *Lack of interest in employee satisfactory management!
