Review - Server/Waiter Esterel Employee Review

The place is goddamn beautiful and the road to get there is nicely scenic. the staff is pretty friendly and the job isn't hard

The management is mediocre. Not horrible not kinda good it's just mediocre. It's a 4 star hotel kinda far from big pouplation centers and the staff they can hire is limitted and often bordering incompetence. The management is too big and there doesn't seem to be any real plan behind it all.

Unionized place - and there's a lot of reason why ... Your are nothing but a number there. You gotta be a perfect brown noser to fit the team. I was fired after one week of chaotic on the spot training where no procedures and good sense are present. Never been late neved had any arguments with anyone but I was fired without reasons. Not a place I would recommend to anyone...
