No air conditioning on the shop floor-summers are hot Sometimes needs of shop workers go unnoticed Bonuses-feast or famine...when they are good they are great, when they are bad they are worse

You have chance to learn a lot of stuff. A whole shop full of production equipment. Lasers, punching machines, press brakes, punch press, panel benders, welding equipment, fork trucks, and a lot more. The owners are nice and respectful though they don't run things anymore.

Training can be lacking. Paperwork reporting is lacking in consistency. Communication could use improvement.
