The person they hired to lead the client partners is unequipped to build a long term sales team.
They are very shortsighted in their understanding of how long it takes to bring in new logos with no tools, no name recognition and no internal support.
They have hired and fired a multitude of really talented sales people with strong backgrounds and business relationships.
It is such a bad business plan to continually hire good people without the understanding of how long it takes to bring new business into an unknown entity.
