Free snacks, free lunch Friday, fun geeky stuff to do, very good group of engineers, nice small company atmosphere
Cons
Stay away from the NDT side, NLIGN side is much better run. They like to make people pay their taxes for them as a "contract employee" which in essence, they are not.
