Our value driven culture should ensure teammates at Etex feel safe when raising concerns without fear of repercussions. • Internal Whistleblowing: We have a dedicated whistleblower hotline, available for all teammates globally, and established procedures for reporting concerns. We investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action. Terminating employees within 24 hours for whistleblowing is strictly against company policy. • Financial Transparency: We strive for financial transparency; we are debt free and like many businesses maintain a working capital to provide free cash flow. The current commercial outlook, in particular for construction, is weak however Etex Group is committed to long-term stability.
