Pros

- Fun party culture, lots of travel, and late night drinking is heavily expected.
- Great employees who really put forth the effort to deliver on what the executive management promises to its investors and customers.
Cons
They don't have some of the standard benefits like 401k, and health benefits are really expensive compared to other employers. Unfortunately, leadership of the company lack the experience and skill set to advance the company beyond a startup. It's a few friends that have no real prior experience in leading a company, but were able to secure some funding for this startup. The concept is to wine an dine large corporate customers to get them to sign large contract deals. This strategy is unsuccessful in most cases, and the leadership really comes down on account managers and sales. The Product Management leadership is extremely dysfunctional, as the C-Level execs micro-manage and change directions monthly to the next shiny object.
