Pros
EthosData is a phenomenal company and it was truly a pleasure to work there. Management make sure that everyone hired is both a good fit for the team and is has a spark/flair for the position. You could not ask for a better work environment or better people to work with. Everyone in the team is outstanding in their field and drive you to become the best version of yourself. Even in terms of bosses you could not ask for more. Both supportive and forward thinking, leadership at EthosData inspires you rather than oppresses you.
Cons
You can be given a lot of responsibility quickly if you show promise, which can be stressful on a new hire. You are expected to hit the ground running so the learning curve can be quite steep .
