      Some leave entitlements are pretty good. 3 days work from office, which is still considered flexible.

      - Bad management - Lousy guidance - Internal conflicts - People are generally not truly sincere - Once you joined, you seem like you have hit a stonewall in your career and cannot wait to escape from this nightmare.
