Cons
•The onboarding process was extremely stressful, especially during the first five months. Support was minimal, and expectations are high.
• A noticeable number of colleagues resigned during my tenure, many citing mental health concerns.
• Workplace culture is good but bad if you weren’t part of certain cliques, you could expect to be ignored, gossiped about, or even subtly undermined.
• Asking questions was sometimes met with silence or vague responses, making it hard to grow or feel supported.
• Persistent vacancies in the role throughout my stay is alarming.
• Compensation and benefits were below industry standards.
