Pros
I enjoyed the type of technical work I was doing. My team manager was really knowledgeable. I learned a lot of valuable interpersonal and technical skills from them. I was able to work fully remotely and was not mandated to come into the office during phased re-openings.
Cons
Extremely low pay and not at all on par with industry standards. I did not feel valued as an employee. Very disorganized work environment. No clear communication amongst internal teams and the instant message platform to communicate on team projects is really ineffective. Also, certain internal teams are not willing to go the extra mile to exceed client's expectations. A lot of internal blaming when things go wrong. The human resources manager is slow-paced at decisions and has odd working hours.
