      Remote work, good pay, good benefits

      Everything is always up in the air and it is up to whatever poor PM is in charge to figure it out from nothing. No clearly defined scope. They are quick to give people the boot.

      Leadership is very open on company health and progress which is refreshing. Really enjoy the culture and emphasis on professional development. Generous PTO and remote work are great for work/life balance

      Benefits could be better but that’s typical for startups
