- You will not find leaders; instead, you will mostly encounter bosses without any knowledge of how to treat the team or direct projects. - Every day is filled with an overwhelming amount of work that feels impossible to finish, and the manager will make you feel bad with unwanted and unproductive comments. - Much of the work you do may be useless because the manager doesn't even know what needs to be done. They lack technical knowledge and only make promises about things they don't understand and won't deliver. - Salaries are low in relation to the huge amount of work required. - Do not expect your role to be respected. - Do not complain about the managers; you will get treated worse
