      Monday to Friday schedule, you can't beat that; experience, if a carrier in the food business is what you want,

      Cons

      Prejudice behavior witnessed. If you are on salary you are fair prey, they can ask you to work whenever they need you. The few bad apples in the upper management can drive you away no matter how hard you work.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
