5yThank you for your feedback. I am glad that you can see many positive aspects to working with eurochange. I will make sure that I share your feedback with all the departments mentioned in your review.
We do provide training on handling difficult customers - and I do hope that the many lovely customers we serve outweighed those who were more challenging! We do appreciate all the support you have given to the business in your time with us.
We have recently introduced a new bonus scheme which has been devised after taking the feedback we have received into consideration - and it seems to have been well received.
