On Work Model & Promises: "They promise you a hybrid role after three months in the office, but then they go back on their word. The hybrid arrangement they promised never happens." On Leave Policies: "The rules are different for managers and employees. If a manager has a personal issue, they can take time off freely. But if you are sick, you must provide a medical certificate for the time off you've already earned. They also frequently question or give you a hard time about using your annual vacation days. Managers can work from anywhere, but you cannot. The hypocrisy is extreme." On Management: "The team managers are ineffective and unprofessional. My advice is to avoid them as much as possible, because dealing with them directly will likely make you want to leave the company." This version uses straightforward language to clearly and forcefully state the problems. There is zero job security. People are constantly talking about layoffs and the team getting smaller, which makes it a highly stressful and demotivating place to work.
