      Pros

      Not many, I guess little experience for after graduting.

      Cons

      Everything. Bad Management. Good ol' 20 cent raises. You know, everything to make a worker not happy. Overwork the good, bad employees move faster in company b/c leave departments, usually due to mistreatment. Place sucks.

      As a first job it seems straight forward, learn a lot because there is a lot to do.

      Cons

      Everyone seems miserable on the job. Contract work.
