      Pros

      The only pro is for fresh college grads to get a few months experience and then get out.

      Cons

      So many. TERRIBLE to NO work/life balance. Poor pay. Clueless management. Questionable labor practices. Out of date systems and equipment. EXCESSIVE mandatory OT. High turnover.
