Pros
Pay is okay to start with for the first year. Coworkers are great. PSS is an awesome concept! 401K match is exceptional and the health benefits are decent. It is nice to be considered for yearly bonuses. Nice around the holiday time with little perks such as company lunches and small incentives.
Cons
Total nonsense training program for SOPs to be used on the Lancaster site that have ABSOLUTELY no application to working in PSS at a client site. Raises are horrendous and they will do anything to cut cost, including no raises, even for employees who receive "exceeded expectation" reviews consistently. There is little to no encouragement from upper management to continue doing performing at an acceptable level, making morale quite low in the office.
