Pros
The flexibility in the work schedule. The ability to take a large amount of time off with little or no push back from management.
Cons
There is a lack of drive by upper management to encourage employees to achieve higher standards. There is no incentive to try to progress individually. It seems that they do not have a problem losing employees to other company. It sometimes feels like we are an expendable commodity rather than a part of the organization.
