You will be making very little money, basically pay check to paycheck is what it is. If you make a mistake, they will never let you forget it by nagging constantly during your monthly meeting. Group leaders love to "praise you" and tell you how important you are, but at the same time will be using your tiny mistakes again and again as a reason you didn't get promoted. Second shift does not exist to them. Favoritism is a big thing in this company. If you find another position in the company that you think will suit you, they will give you hell about transferring from their department. And when you finally can't deal with everything and quit, they will remind you of everything they trained you for and all the time and effort they lost on that.
