Pros
Friendly people, great atmosphere, lack of tight deadlines, For me it was a good opportunity to gain some experience in especially in web design and in packaging.
Cons
For first five months I have many diffrerent project to do (both web and print) but after this time my responibilities included mainly candy wrappers design.
